This email is part of a welcome series revamp I did for this brand. It was part of a larger re-branding project. The brand genuinely wanted to make full-figured women feel cared for and empowered, like they had a friend and advocate in the brand. This email does the job by warming up the right audience. Below it is a social media post I created to help with market research.
